Step five: Continue threading beads on, in varying sizes and shapes, until you get to the end of the pipe cleaner.
Step six: Either fold over the end of the wire or dab a small amount of glue onto the end of each arm to secure the beads in place.
Step seven: Attach a piece of clear fishing line to the end of one of the arms by either tying it onto the end of the pipe cleaner or threading it through a bead.
