can make things happen if they have a passion for it, she shows that in her daily actions. She worked to represent LD for a year as a Spokesmodel and soaked up their overall positive energy, looked to the positive role-model in Vikee and the incredible support team already in place and made it all work. If she can do it, she believes anyone could.

As to what the future brings, she too was button-lipped regarding any specific details regarding Loovus Dzevavor. New ideas continue to bloom and an entire team supports one another as those new ideas pop. Not only does she learn from Vikee the art of design, but also the basic business elements, familiarity with a brand and skills she knows will help her in any endeavor she undertakes now or in her future, on or off line.

It's difficult to pretend to be something you're not. Just as Vikee had said much the same, Blac finds it easiest to just be 'self'. There is no negative judgment on anyone's part at Loovus Dzevavor regarding other places to play, have fun, dress up, role-play, and all that jazz. It just doesn't belong in a professional work environment and Blac supports that ideal and understands the need for it. Role-players create an entire world around them, and details they memorize. For Blac, it's just a lot less complicated to be herself.

It's not necessary to show the virtual world that self is African, Asian, European, or any other nationality or race. Those who change their identity when they create an essence in world may do whatever they think is right. These ladies are proud of their skin tone and their transparency. The integrity and professionalism builds on every detail built on truth. This is just one of many truths they display that makes them better in their business endeavors.

Their story as it relates to both the virtual world and how some of their input comes directly from their feelings and needs off line reads a little like a fairy tale. How could it be so easy? It's not. These are ladies who've devoted countless hours to a job that only works if they and their teammates continue to make it work. The final product evolves with the evolution of Second Life itself, but it also evolves because of their commitment to the project, to the product, and to the brand. Branding a business makes the business more easily recognized and the talk at the water cooler. Branding a person, making self from something and someone no one knows into a lucrative business, takes time and energy and a whole dollop of pizazz. Vikee, Blac and the whole group at Loovus Dzevavor embody the time, the energy and yes, they also have that special something, the pizazz.
