Pasta with Tuna, Currants and Chilli

Ingredients Method
1 red onion 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar 1 x 180g canned tuna, drained 3 tbsp. olive oil ⅔ cup currants
⅔ cup roughly chopped toasted almonds
½ cup Kalamata olives 1 cup finely chopped parsley 1 long fresh red chilli Salt and pepper 160g dried spaghetti

Put onion and red wine vinegar into a large bowl. Let it set for 10 minutes. Add everything, except pasta. Cook pasta and drain. Add tuna, mix and serve.
