Our wellbeing program is one of the six pillars of our Good Business Journey. It has been developed in response to what you’ ve told us is most important to you, our people, around the common themes of mental health, physical health and chronic health issues. Over the next four years, we will implement a number of new initiatives that aim to build personal resilience, improve our work environments and increase awareness about nutrition and fitness.
You will see our program come to life though a range of different activities and events; everything from fruit baskets to fun runs; employee assistance services to new employee benefits; financial health checks to mental health awareness training. And, each month or so, there will also be a different campaign to help focus our collective mind on the big wellbeing issues of the day.
This recipe book was borne out of one of these monthly campaigns: Health and Nutrition Month in 2015 and 2016. We asked you to send in your healthy recipes and we were overwhelmed by the response, with more than 210 contributions from across the business to inspire healthy and nutritious eating.
Coupled with regular physical activity and healthy personal relationships, this is our recipe for wellbeing.
