Our recipe for wellbeing
This chipotle chicken is one of my favourite recipes. This marinade will add a lot of flavour and it will never dry out your chicken! The marinade itself is sweet, spicy and delicious; and it tastes even better served with lime and accompanied with brown rice and quinoa. This recipe is great because you can leave the chicken to marinate in the fridge before you go to work, and cook it together with the rice once you get home! Enjoy!
