Super Food Muesli

Ingredients Method
200g thick natural organic yoghurt or your choice of kefir or yoghurt
1 tbsp. Healthy Chef Organic Superfood
250g fresh berries( choose from strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or other red fruits like pomegranate, goji berry, cherry)
Scattering of walnuts or your choice of nut or seed

Combine yoghurt and Healthy Chef Organic Superfood. Keep mixing with a spoon until blue and luscious. Spoon onto a serving plate or into a bowl. Top with fresh berries and scatter lightly with walnuts.
Tip:
Pump up the protein and add 1 tablespoon of Healthy Chef Pure Protein. Swap walnuts for roasted almonds, which taste amazing. Use cashew nut cream or coconut yoghurt instead of natural yoghurt. Use other seasonal fruits like pineapple and blueberry, fresh peach, fig and pomegranate.

Acai Bowl

Ingredients Method
1 ½ packets of acai( can purchase at health food stores)
60ml coconut water ½ banana ½ cup gluten free muesli 1 tbsp. organic honey

Place acai and coconut water into a blender. Blend for about 1 minute or until mushed up. Pour into a bowl. Add the muesli, banana and strawberries on top. Pour honey on top. Enjoy!

Healthy Morning Muesli

8 cups oats 2 cups bran 1 cup sultanas ¾ cup sunflower seeds ¾ cup pepitas ¾ cup slivered almonds ¾ cup crushed almonds ¾ cup crushed Brazil nuts

Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Store in airtight container in refrigerator. To serve, pour ½ cup muesli into bowl and eat with yoghurt or your choice of milk. Try with fresh fruit or warmed stewed fruit.
