Our recipe for wellbeing

3 Ingredient Brownies

Brownie 3 overripe bananas
½ almond butter( or any kind of nut butter)
¼ cup cacao powder( can substitute for cocoa or carob powder)
Icing 1 avocado
5 tbsp. rice malt syrup( can substitute for any low GI sweetener)
½ cup cacao powder( can substitute for cocoa or carob powder)

Preheat oven to 160 degrees and grease a small cake or loaf pan and set aside. Melt nut butter in microwave safe bowl. Add banana, nut butter, cacao powder and mix in a large bowl. Pour mixture into greased pan and bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through. Allow to cool completely. Mix avocado, rice malt syrup and cacao powder well to make icing. Spread icing onto brownie and refrigerate.
