and that got them in motion with an initial investment
of a Reverse Osmosis Machine, a 2x8 evaporator (which
boils 40 gallons sap in an hour. They stated they need
to trade it in already for a bigger machine) and over 17
miles of tubing installed in a 60 acre radius.
In November of 2011, they poured a slab for their 12x20
evaporator house which Steve built using lumber that he
