St. John River. Fifty municipalities will sponsor
activities during the 17 days. All venues are within
50 miles of Madawaska-Edmundston, or 85 minutes
by car. Upward of 120 family reunions, concerts,
cultural activities, Acadian cuisine, circus acts and
fireworks will take place in Acadia of the Lands and
Forests. In addition, dozens of countries will have
on display their foods, performers and traditional
