Secondly, it is important for us to exercise every day. However busy you are, you are supposed to spend at least 1 hour doing sports every day. For instance, running is a good way to work out. We can also play badminton, go swimming, and play basketball in our spare time. Thirdly, we should guarantee that we have enough sleep, as our studies are heavy. Going to bed early and getting up early is good for us. Last but not least, laughing is beneficial to our health. Therefore, we should try our best to laugh in our Artwork: 周菊人 lives. Reading – A Good Habit Class 94 Reading is a very good habit. I like reading very much. In my eyes, I think that forming a good reading habit is necessary for us. It not only increases our knowledge, but also makes us think over different things efficiently. Besides, we can do some reading when we are free. For example, I often read some of my favorite books in my spare time, at home or in the library. What I like most are storybooks, because most of them are quite interesting. Now, I often buy my favorite books online for its big selection. Finally, I like to share my favorite books with my family or classmates.
