Without meaning to, this has become a bit of a music issue!
I think that says a lot about the kind of place that Our House
is. When you think of a homeless shelter, you probably don’t
think of people singing and dancing, clapping their hands and
swaying from side to side. But on December 16th at 7 p.m.,
that’s exactly what was happening inside the Shelter. It has
become a holiday tradition at Our House. Our adult residents,
alumni, and Learning Center students come together after
weeks of practice to perform holiday jingles for the residents
of the Shelter. We call it Jingle Jams. There’s a crowd of people
gathered together feeling a lot like family, even at a time when
