CAFSI works with families that either have a history of homelessness
or are currently at risk of becoming homeless. The program serves
90 families with children ages 0 to 17 years old and uses the twogenerational approach, working with parents and children to ensure
success for the entire family. The program pairs a family with a case
manager to provide one-on-one assistance to help them stay in
permanent housing and prevent school-age children from experiencing a disruptive school transfer
