I manage day-to-day functions
of the shelter, & I work with the
Case Management Team to help
residents reach their planned
goals. I also manage our Transitions program.

It has challenged me to recognize
& stand behind the values that I
cherish. I have learned that I am
more similar to than different
from most of the residents I have
met. We all want security, we all
want to be cared for, & we all
want to be valued.
