Rent statement Switch off !
• From now on, we will not be sending printed rent statements to
customers on a quarterly basis.
• You can view your rent statement at any time on-line via your
customer account using your mobile phone, tablet or computer.
• Your customer account allows you to view your rent account
information, report a repair, update your personal details and contact
your Housing Officer.
• If your account should ever go into arrears, we will contact you and
as part of any communication we will provide you with a current
statement, usually by email.
• For accessibility purposes, we can provide a printed statement for
those customers who request their statement in an alternative printed
format or language.
