In this media crazed digital world we are exposed to so many unrealistic glossy images of what defines being 'ideal', 'perfect', 'fit' , 'successful' or even 'attractive to the opposite sex'.
Such overexposure can lead to low self- esteem, low self-worth, self-harm, eating disorders and even feeling very conscious on the way we look. These are such problems experienced by young audiences all triggered by a key source.. THE MEDIA, TV, magazines , films and the internet, not forgetting social media!
We EACH DO have the power to change what we see. Each and every one of us has the ability to shine in this world with our special unique talents to help inspire an audience.
By unleashing our talents we are gifted with we can spread word and feed audiences with more positive healthy realistic representations in order to boost one's confidence and self-worth.
It is about time we take control on the content we want to watch.
