12 Our Fund Foundation Grantmaking
Between 2017 - 2019 , Our Fund Foundation awarded $ 687,200 in discretionary grants ranging from $ 2,500 to $ 70,000 to 53 nonprofit organizations . In 2019 , its last traditional grantmaking year , Our Fund awarded $ 283,500 in grants to 23 agencies including three HIV prevention programs aimed at Latino and Black MSM ( Men who have Sex with Men ) ages 20-35 . In 2020 during the pandemic , Our Fund awarded $ 600,000 in fast response grants to support LGBTQ agencies ’ efforts to keep salaries paid and lights on in the early months of the shutdown .
