living in rural and other low-income areas are unable to contract professional services when building
or expanding their homes. They often resort to using family members or non-professionals, which can
lead to compromised quality and safety in housing projects. Edward subsidizes lower-cost projects
by providing rendering services to commercial and other high-end construction projects. Edward’s
socially-minded approach allows residents to benefit from professional services and expertise that
they otherwise would not receive.
