Add 150 grams of oil and a
little salt to 1/2 liter of
water. When it starts to
boil, add 300 grams of
flour and remove from the
heat. Add 8 whole eggs
one by one to the cold dough. Squeeze small cups
and bake. FIL: Whisk 6 egg yolks, sugar as desired
and 150 grams of vanilla pudding, then cook in 1 liter
of milk. Add 6 egg whites to the hot filling and stir
gently.
Cut the donuts in half and
fill. Sprinkle with
powdered sugar.
