Early 2023 to see Carle , Christie Clinic open at riverfront

Carle at the Riverfront ’ s highly anticipated new campus opening in Danville is still on schedule for early
2023 .
Construction continues on the project at Carle at The Riverfront , and crews have been working hard to make significant progress .
“ We are looking forward to offering enhanced experience for Danville area community members with the new medical campus . Carle has continued to look for ways to optimize this project to offer the highest quality of facilities while managing through a global supply chain challenge ,” according to Carle officials .
Carle plans to offer a variety of services from its Carle at the Riverfront campus .
“ By consolidating the services of both Danville locations into a modern facility , we will be providing to the community a comprehensive offering of primary , specialty and diagnostic lab and radiology services along with a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center . Construction remains on track , and ( it ) will open early in 2023 ,” Carle officials state .
The campus also will include an extension of Carle ’ s partnership with Christie Clinic to bring high-quality care to the region .
Christie Clinic will have an on-site presence with their own , leased building , south of the Carle building . It is scheduled to offer Primary Care , Cardiology , Convenient Care , Dermatology , Dietitian , Foot & Ankle Surgery , General Surgery ,
Laboratory , Nephrology , Orthopedics & Sports Medicine , Pain & Rehabilitation , Physical Therapy , Radiology and Vein & Vascular .
Construction continues for the campus on time and the team is seeing great progress internally and externally throughout . The Christie Clinic facility also is set to open in early 2023 .
“ Carle has continued to look for ways to optimize this project to offer the highest quality of facilities while managing through a global supply chain challenge . Our Arrow Ambulance team will now remain at their current Danville location ( 812 N . Franklin St .) with efforts underway to substantially update that building instead of relocating them to the Riverfront ,” according to Carle Health .
The investment to the project has remained the same . Cost changes have required some adjustments , according to Carle officials .
They also are still evaluating their options for what ’ s next at the soon-to-be former Fairchild Street and Vermilion Street Carle locations .
It had been announced that the $ 70 million Carle at the Riverfront will consolidate services now at Carle Danville on Fairchild
