Our Partnership At 3aaa, we have been working closely in partnership with Viapath since November 2016, raising awareness across their business about how the Apprenticeship Levy can support both existing and new members of staff with their on-going training and development strategy. 3aaa initially met with Viapath to identify their skills gaps and how the Apprenticeship Levy could be most effectively used to fill this gap and shape the learning and development strategy for the business moving forward. Viapath is a unique partnership of clinical, scientific and operational expertise, with a mission to transform pathology services in the UK. Their organisation is built on scientific expertise, providing a service that helps clinicians create better outcomes for their patients every day. Some of the job roles that Viapath have already developed their staff through include Team Leader, Operations and Department Manager, IT, Business Administration, Customer Service, Project Management and Data Analyst. Having established the need to up-skill existing staff with leadership and management skills to further support their scientific knowledge, Viapath have received really encouraging and positive feedback from their Level 3 Management programme.
