Overview
Our Level 3 Infrastructure Technician qualification is designed to equip your employees with the
knowledge and skills to develop as an Infrastructure Technician within your business, supporting
productivity through the use of IT. This will enable growth and bring brand new skills to your
workforce.

During the 15 month programme, your Infrastructure Technician will cover topics allowing them to
support your business’ IT needs by identifying both operating and hardware systems, saving time
qualification from Microsoft or CompTIA whilst gaining eligibility to apply to the register of IT
Technicians confirming SFIA Level 3 Professional Competence. This will then bring industry-backed
skills and knowledge.
Your Infrastructure Technician will be awarded with BCS accredited Knowledge Modules covering
the following topics: Networking and Architecture, Mobile and Operating Systems, Cloud Services,
Coding and Logic and Business Processes.
