MAKING YOUR WAY Dublin
“
As one of the fastest-growing regions in
the state, central Ohio is an ideal location
to study and practice medicine. With our
campus in Dublin and our partnerships with
OhioHealth and other leading health care
organizations in the region, you’ll have the
opportunity to call one part of Ohio home
for all four years of medical school.

“Being a part of the inaugural class in Dublin
has been a once-in-a lifetime opportunity.
If it wasn’t for this campus, I would not be
in medical school at this moment. It was a
watershed moment in my family’s life when
Ohio University decided to open up a new
medical school campus five miles from
where my wife and I decided to begin and
raise our family. I like to think of my genesis
as a medical student and future practicing
physician in Ohio as completely meant to be.”
No matter which medical specialty you
wish to pursue, you’ll find some of its
leading practitioners in central Ohi o. More
important, here you’ll discover countless
opportunities to learn, grow, and become
precisely the physician you want to be.
TRAIN UNDER THE LIGHTS
The Dublin campus has a full contingent of faculty and staff
on site to provide hands-on learning opportunities, but our
innovative educational technology also allows you to connect
with faculty and fellow students in both Athens and Cleveland.

In Dublin, and at all of our campuses, you’ll carry out
procedures in our operating theater and emergency
room. You’ll learn the ins and outs of intubation and
airway management, venipuncture, catheterization,
and EKG monitoring. The environment is simulated,
but the latest instruments and technologies are real.
GET OUT INTO THE FIELD
Beyond clinical rotations with our preeminent
education partner, OhioHealth, you can consider
additional rotations with providers such as
Nationwide Children’s Hospital, The Ohio State
University’s Wexner Medical Center, and
Mount Carmel Health System.
