Multifunctional plants or PlanS , as their name suggests , are those that have more than one function . If I name Valerian , for example , its use to combat insomnia or certain cases of anxiety will surely come to mind .
But if I name Vinaigrette or Nettle , or Borage , surely you do not know what they are for , since they have always been considered as “ weeds ”. Although it is possible that this “ weed ” takes you back to your childhood memories : tasting the vinegar-flavored stalk or the hives produced by putting your hands in places you shouldn ’ t have .
Let me surprise you with PLANS : - They are easy to grow , even if they are wild . They are the least demanding and give us the most . - They are edible . - If you have a garden with plants or vegetables , they will support your crops . - They are medicinal plants . - We can use them cosmetically . - They help us as natural insecticides . - They have had magical uses since ancient times .
