join forces for the
Environment

The Andalusian Environmental Training Plan (PAFA)
promotes natural heritage management, fosters sus-
tainability and promotes training.
From the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fishe-
ries and Sustainable Development, the General Se-
cretariat of Environment, Water and Climate Change
will execute the Andalusian Environmental Training
Plan over two phases (spring and autumn), where the
commitment to new fields in “Green employment” is
a primary objective.
The training activities are co-financed by the Eu-
ropean Social Fund with 80% of the amount, and
the Board funding the remaining 20%, with an aim
of training those interested in the management of
Andalusia’s natural heritage and the promotion of
sustainability, striving for stable employment in en-
vironmental fields from a position of gender equality
and social integration.
