Get ready for the Eco Festival , the coolest & greenest event of the year ! It ' s all about having a great time while doing our bit for the planet and connecting with our community . This year ' s festival , happening on June 1st and 2nd , and it ’ s all set to make a big impact with awesome activities . We ' re rolling out some effective ideas to make the festival grounds better and reduce our environmental footprint . So , when you ' re having fun , you ' re also helping the planet – win-win !
One of the highlights of the festival is the Bicycle Route to mark World Bicycle Day , which is generating more interest than ever before . Starting from Eastern Beach , pedal your way through a scenic 7km route and cool off at Europa Pool afterward . Don ' t worry about parking your bike ; we ' ve got you covered . After enjoy some pool activities , there ' s something for everyone , even the little ones ; adrenaline-pumping four-way floats race to the exciting running on water , there ' s plenty of water fun for all . For the youngest attendees we have placed some fun slides to mark their first splash of the summer .
But the Eco Festival isn ' t just about fun in the sun ; it ' s also an opportunity to learn and connect with the community . We ’ ve teamed up with local companies and organizations to host workshops and competitions that teach us about being eco-friendly . Whether you ' re interested in learning about gardening techniques or checking out a fashion show featuring upcycled denim creations , there ' s something for everyone to enjoy while making a positive
Prepárese para el Eco Festival , el evento más ecológico y divertido del año . Se trata de pasarlo en grande mientras aportamos nuestro granito de arena al planeta y conectamos con nuestra comunidad . El festival de este año , que tendrá lugar los días 1 y 2 de junio , está preparado para causar un gran impacto con actividades increíbles . Estamos poniendo en marcha algunas ideas eficaces para mejorar el recinto del festival y reducir nuestra huella medioambiental . Así , mientras te diviertes , también ayudas al planeta : ¡ ganamos todos !
Uno de los platos fuertes del festival es la Ruta en Bicicleta con motivo del Día Mundial de la Bicicleta , que está despertando más interés que nunca . Saliendo de Eastern Beach , pedalee por una pintoresca ruta de 7 km y refrésquese después en la piscina Europa . No se preocupe por aparcar su bicicleta ; nosotros nos ocupamos de todo . Después ven a disfrutar de algunas actividades en la piscina , hay algo para todos , incluso para los más pequeños ; desde la adrenalínica carrera de cuatro flotadores hasta la emocionante carrera sobre el agua , hay diversión acuática para todos . Para los asistentes más pequeños hemos colocado unos divertidos toboganes para que se den su primer chapuzón del verano .
Pero el Eco Festival no es sólo diversión al sol ; también es una oportunidad para aprender y conectar con la comunidad .
