FLAVOURS WITH A GREEN LABEL: ANDALUSIA AND OTWO MAGAZINE AT SALÓN GOURMETS
The Natural Park Brand of Andalusia had a prominent presence at the 38th Salón Gourmets, held at IFEMA Madrid from April 7 to 10, 2025. Under the umbrella of the Andalusian Regional Government, more than 20 certified companies showcased products made in protected natural areas— such as extra virgin olive oils, cheeses, honeys, and preserves— all linked to sustainability and rural excellence.
The Minister of Sustainability, Environment and Blue Economy, Catalina García, inaugurated the brand ' s space within the Andalusian pavilion“ Gusto del Sur,” where tastings and presentations were also held. Among the highlights were a certified olive oil tasting from the Almazara Quaryat Dillar( Sierra Nevada) and the award received by the young goat cheese from El Gazul Dairy( Los Alcornocales).
