This adventure combines “hiking” with “initiation to
caving.” We enter the heart of the Sierra de Graza-
lema.
The first adventure of HIKING is considered level 1,
although it is short in duration it has some uneven-
ness that will have to be “taken slowly”. The second
adventure is an INITIATION to the SPELEOLOGY in a
simple cave, but that will test some of our phobias.
The necessary technical equipment will be available
for all activities. Esta aventura combina el “senderismo” con la “ini-
ciacíón a la espeleología”. Nos adentramos en el
corazón de la Sierra de Grazalema.
La primera aventura de SENDERISMO está consi-
derada de nivel 1, aunque es corta en duración tiene
algunos desniveles que habrá que “tomárselo con
calma”. La segunda aventura, es totalmente de INI-
CIACIÓN a la ESPELEOLOGÍA en una cueva sencilla,
pero que pondrá a prueba algunas de nuestras fobias.
Para todas las actividades se dispondrán de los ma-
teriales técnicos necesarios.
MADROÑAL ROUTE
Our hiking route begins in the village of “El Bosque”,
climbing through the firebreak of the madroñal al-
most to Benamahoma. We will meet in one of the
densest madroñales in the province of Cádiz and we
can taste and collect these delicious fruits. We will
arrive at the great “plain” viewpoint of the Albarra-
cinejo from where we will have great views of the
Sierra del Pinar and Endrinal. We will return through
and visit the enigmatic cave. A simple and very fun
route!
RUTA DEL MADROÑAL
Nuestra ruta de senderismo, comienza en el pueblo
de “El Bosque”, subiendo por el cortafuegos del ma-
droñal casi hasta Benamahoma. Nos encontraremos
en uno de los madroñales más densos de la provin-
cia de Cádiz y podremos degustar y recolectar estos
deliciosos frutos. Llegaremos al gran mirador “llano”
del Albarracinejo desde donde tendremos unas vis-
tas geniales de la Sierra del Pinar y del Endrinal. Vol-
veremos sobre nuestros pasos un par de kilómetros
para visitar la enigmática cueva.

CAVE OF THE TERRIZA
The Cave of the Terriza located at the foot of the Al-
barracín is a typical karst cave about 30 to 40 meters
long. It contains several rooms where you can appre-
ciate stalagticas and stalagmites in their formation.
Technical equipment like a helmet is provided for
your visit. We will take people in small groups of 6
to 7 people with a duration of 30 to 40 minutes. It is
very exciting as it contains some areas that will test
the participants. Overcome your phobias!
CUEVA DE LA TERRIZA
La Cueva de la Terriza situada en la falda del Alba-
rracín es una típica cueva kárstica de unos 30 a 40
metros de largo. Contiene varias salas donde apre-
ciar estalagticas y estalagmitas en su formación. Se
requiere material técnico (cascos y frontales) para su
visita. La entrada se realizará en grupos pequeños
de 6 a 7 personas con una duración de 30 a 40 mi-
nutos. Es muy emocionante ya que contiene algunas
“gateras” que pondrán a prueba a los participantes.
