The Energy Vision Group ( EVG ) has been named the national winner of the Energy Globe Award Gibraltar 2024 , recognizing its innovative contributions to sustainability and renewable energy . Selected from over 2,000 global entries , this accolade cements EVG ’ s reputation as a leader in sustainable solutions .
For six years , EVG has worked to reduce Gibraltar ’ s environmental impact through projects like photovoltaic solar installations at key sites , including Lathbury Barracks , New Harbours , and the Europa Sports Complex . The latter earned the Best Sustainable Project in Europe 2023 award from PanasonicProAwards .
Leveraging Gibraltar ’ s abundant sunlight , EVG ’ s advanced solar systems have addressed high CO2 emissions and energy costs , integrating cutting-edge Building-Integrated Photovoltaics ( BIPV ) for efficiency and cost-effectiveness .
EVG ' s national win secures its entry into the Energy Globe World Award , to be held in March 2025 . All projects will join a global database showcasing innovative environmental solutions .

Energy Vision Group ( EVG ) ha sido nombrada ganadora nacional del Energy Globe Award Gibraltar 2024 , en reconocimiento a sus innovadoras contribuciones a la sostenibilidad y las energías renovables . Seleccionado entre más de 2.000 candidaturas de todo el mundo , este galardón consolida la reputación de EVG como líder en soluciones sostenibles .
Durante seis años , EVG ha trabajado para reducir el impacto medioambiental de Gibraltar a través de proyectos como las instalaciones solares fotovoltaicas en lugares clave , como Lathbury Barracks , New Harbours y el Europa Sports Complex . Este último obtuvo el premio al Mejor Proyecto Sostenible de Europa 2023 de PanasonicProAwards .
