OTWO ' S ' SHARE THE CITY ' INITIATIVE : PROMOTING SUSTAINABLE URBAN TRANSPORT WITH COLLECTIVE SUPPORT
1 st December 2023 – OTWO is excited to announce the ' Share the City ' initiative , aimed at promoting sustainable urban transport in Gibraltar . The third and final bus , dedicated to Public Transport , is now out in circulation , featuring logos from various local and international businesses committed to fostering eco-friendly transportation . Initiated in 2022 with two buses , this year ' s endeavor expanded to three buses , focusing on the three main sustainable transport modes : Cycling , Walking , and Public Transport . ' Cycle the City ' encourages sustainable commuting by emphasizing the advantages of cycling . ' Walk the City ' serves as an educational platform , highlighting the health , environmental , and community benefits of walking . Meanwhile , ' Share the City ' aims to reduce congestion , lower carbon emissions , and enhance the accessibility of the city for all residents by promoting Public Transport .
