our eyes and see what changes can be made to our own daily routine to help instead of expecting others to fix our problems. We are living in one of the most car populated areas of the world. That’ s the problem. But its solvable and we don’ t even have to do away with the cars, just alter their use.
Some people as simply living in denial if they think we can carry on as before. Change will only happen if we want it to. Change will only work if we let it work. And Climate Change will only be under control when we start acting. Wake up and smell the pollution!
This said, in January 2021 we will be going to our community with another questionnaire. One that will ask real questions on lifestyle and environmental issues. We are very interested in hearing from you so please keep your eyes open for this.

Yvette will be sharing with us her delicious recipes, sharing ideas for our meat free weekly meals. Always a very environmentally aware person, it is an honor to work with this amazingly passionate individual.
