Royal College of Occupational Therapists ’ Awards 2023
RCOT members are invited to nominate colleagues for a Fellowship or a Merit Award in recognition of their special contribution to the profession .
FELLOWSHIP AWARDS 2023
The award of Fellowship is the highest honour RCOT can bestow on its members in recognition of exceptional service and outstanding contribution to the profession . There are three categories of awards :
1 . Fellowship – Awarded to professional members of RCOT . 2 . Fellowship for Associate Members – Awarded to Associate Members of RCOT . 3 . Honorary Fellowship – Awarded to those who are not occupational therapists .
MERIT AWARDS 2023
The Merit Awards are in recognition of a significant achievement by a member at any stage in their career and are open to all members of RCOT ( excluding students and apprentices ).
The award recognises an individual ’ s contribution to the profession , this may be locally , regionally , in a specialist field of practice , or a diverse area of practice . Those nominated will have been recognised by their peers in the occupational therapy community for excellence in their sphere of work and their special contribution to the profession .
Deadline for nominations : Wednesday 5 October 2023
