This is because of your hands-on experience in planning for changes in care needs , providing the most suitable aids and equipment , and implementing significant housing adaptations for those with physical disability .
We need you to have : 6 + years ’ practical , hands-on clinical experience . Recent hands-on experience of working with a wide mix of disabilities in the community . Capacity to accommodate 10 hours work per week , in addition to your current clinical role .
