Assistive technology and its application to eating , drinking and activity challenges for people with complex needs Neater Solutions Ltd An RCOT approved learning course where delegates discover how assistive technologies can , through viscous damping , modular additions , robotic and power assistance , enable independence with eating , drinking and arm mobility . Acute clinical forum - Parent delivered therapy for infants with stroke , and materials to support early intervention for infants 0-6 months RCOT SS – Children , Young People and Families A parent-delivered intervention called early Therapy in Perinatal Stroke ( eTIPS ) was developed at Newcastle University to mitigate against potentially adverse activity-dependent changes to the central nervous system following perinatal stroke in infants aged 0 to 6 months . The presentation will explain this therapy and how to use it with infants and their families where a perinatal stroke has occurred . Time : 7 – 9pm . Venue : Online via Zoom .
