Greathouse was built in 1979 and is home to 54 condominiums and three townhouses. The complex is
organized into four groups of buildings: the A, B, C, and D buildings. A variety of two and three bedroom
floor plans exist, and many of the buildings also feature elevator access and underground parking.
Occupying approximately ten acres on the southeast corner of the Lost Tree community, Greathouse has
almost 850 feet of uninterrupted ocean frontage. The community is also home to two pools, one of which
is located on the ocean, and a full time resident property manager.
