cannot be produced in the body in sufficient quantities to sustain life and
healthy functioning of body systems. Essential vitamins and minerals must be
obtained from food, yet our modern diets are often deficient in adequate
amounts of the variety of vitamins and minerals necessary for optimal health
and wellness. There are more and more health concerns with the lack of
nutrients in the foods we eat because we are so reliant on processed and
convenience foods. There is also a concern now with many of the supplements
on the market because of companies trying to pack too much into a pill.
Recent studies have shown that mega dosing on vitamins and minerals can
be not only ineffective but harmful to the body. The need for a multivitamin to

Includes antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E; an energy
complex of B vitamins; and natural vitamin D3.
Bioavailable blend of essential minerals:
Includes bio-available forms of the bone nutrients
calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, selenium, copper,
manganese, and chromium. Also contains a blend of
essential trace minerals for cellular metabolism,
communication, and regeneration.
A great blend of polyphenols such as: grape seed
extract, quercetin, pomegranate fruit extract,
resveratrol, and more have been added for their great
antioxidant power.
