OU memories:

What are the best moments that you can recall at OUCE? All the four years were most memorable. To recall a few, fun with group of close friends, getting ragged by some of our seniors and ragging a EEE junior was real fun and in fact the junior enjoyed it as well and our trip to Basara temple was unforgettable.
What are the most valuable“ lessons for life” that OUCE taught you? To be ethical while doing any job, to maintain discipline in life and in profession, ways to handle different situations, and to stand up when we fall down are the most important things college taught me and I think they have become my life’ s mottos.
Can you recall any funny moments that you can share with us at OUCE? Every moment in OUCE was fun filled. In fact, we felt bored when we had a holiday. One of the funniest moments was when one of my friends, who used to grow his hair influenced by a movie, was once questioned by a professor,“ ah juttuenti abbay” in the washroom. He replied“ Sir, tirupathi lo gundumokkuundhi sir. Andhuke I couldn’ t cut my hair”, and then just after a couple of days, his mom scolded him and he had to get his haircut in a barber shop.
If you had a chance to go back to college again now, what is it that you would like to see again in the college? If I had a chance to go back, I would love to be with the same group of friends and listen to my professors during classes, understand well and do some good research.
How do you think OUCE has emerged as an institution in 21st century? OUCE has not emerged significantly to a great position, as expected. I expect it to be more acclimated to the changing technological needs. OUCE is still not upto the standards of the global educational system which has tremendously evolved over the years after I passed out of college.
Late Prof. D. S. Prakash Rao- he was an amazing person whom none of our batchmates can ever forget. Infact, even after a decade of graduating from college, I still remember the basics he taught us and I keep using them in my day-to-day job and transfer it to my employees too. All my
