Awaiting Scans Status represents an order that has been created and submitted without scans , this is an order that was submitted using the “ Cast / Scans to Follow ” checkbox . This order is ready to be for submission but is being held until you add the scans . In Progress Status represents an order that has been submitted , received by Orthofeet and is being processed / in production . Completed Status represents an order that has been shipped from Orthofeet , and is on its way back to you for final delivery .
Searching / Filtering
The platform has many ways to search or filter your Active Orders Page , to help keep you on top of your Order Management .
You can begin by selecting a date range to target a
given order ( s ). You can also for a given order status , order number , patient name .
For a more refined ‘ smarter ’ search , you can select the three dots available in every column
sort by ascending order , unsort or .
, this brings you to the option to hide , manage columns ,
This opens another menu , allowing you to refine your search even further
You can change the column of your search , the operator of the search , ( contains ; equals ; starts with …) and enter the value . As you begin typing the page it will sort accordingly .
