Enter the Practitioner / Fitter / Prescriber name into the top field / fillable box b .
In the field below that says , “ Select ” click the dropdown , and select the name of the prescriber / fitter c .
If this is a new Prescriber / Fitter , then click the “ Add New ” button to the right hand side of the screen , from here you can enter a new Practitioner / Prescriber / Fitter and save them to the database i . Click on the “ Practitioners ” tab , then click the “+” button
