Informal is Björn Dahlström ’ s first collaboration with Orrefors . The collection includes every glass you need around the modern dining table , and is an innovative marriage between Sweden ’ s beautiful , high-quality glass tradition and today ’ s more informal social customs .
The seemingly simple shapes are in fact carefully considered down to the last detail . The glasses are comfortable to hold and enhance the aroma and flavors of drinks without overshadowing them . The same elegant balance of form and function is perfectly demonstrated by the multiple usage of the clever bowl delivered with the carafe . It can be used as a practical coaster for the carafe , or to serve olives or appetizers . The collection was launched in 2021 .
