This is akin to some offices which I’ve visited a couple of decades before, when the PC was first introduced. Despite the promise of the technology making work more efficient, there were workers who still worked predominantly with paper. Transformation starts with mindsets, not the tools at our disposal.
So, how should business leaders prepare their workforce? AI advancements mean that millions of workers will need to upskill and reskill themselves to meet the requirements of the future workforce. Business leaders must have an empathetic mindset when introducing change. They need to lead with an inspiring vision, as well as retrain and reskill as many people in their teams as possible.
