reserved. I am the more outgoing. In many ways, we are opposites that compliment each other in more ways than one. ME: How does that transfer to doing business together? How did you know that this was a compatible marriage? Rhonda: I was simply obedient to the divine guidance given that led me to seek her out as a partner. I am thankful that it was accurate - though nothing good comes easy (she says as she laughs and gives Aisha a big hug). For me our differences bring beautiful lessons of personal (spiritual), and professional growth for both of us; compromise, listening, sometimes following rather than leading, acquiring new skills from each other, forgiveness and understanding, as well as support, guidance and trust. Ultimately, our differences bring a wonderful level of complimentarity, which brings out the best in both of us. With our shared vision as the focus, we remain committed and steadfast. Initially my thought was to expand on SEEDlings’ Place, but then we decided to create something new that we could both call our baby. Aisha: Yes, so the idea of NaturaLife The Whole Life Company was born. When we were thinking of what we wanted to do and how we wanted to do it, it was very difficult to narrow in on one particular thing. If you understand wellness, you get the relationship between all things. To offer a solution to one problem while neglecting another can still lend to a stressful situation. We knew our ultimate goal had to be servicing the whole being, the whole life. Rhonda: Yes, this is why balance (Ma’at), is integrally woven into all that we do. We still have a lot of foundational work to do, but we’ve used this past year as an opportunity to feel out the market and get our feet wet.
