know what your mind, body and spirit needs. If you tap
into that everyday or at minimum, very often, you will
know when you need to up your vitamin C dosage, or to
add in more greens, or jog an extra hour, or sleep a few
extra hours. We have that kind of inner communication
tool, but we tend to under utilize it. That is what I have
found helps to keep me in balance. I would tell anyone
LISTEN to yourself, then DO what is needed.

it priority - not just fit it in.
