Rare vertical line pair. Fresh, MINT never hinged, fine. These
line pairs are extremely scarce, and even RARER in never
hinged condition. The Type I vertical coils were only produced
for a short period as vertical coils proved to be unpopular with
consumers. In addition, the type I plates produced a weak
impression and were soon replaced with the type II plates. (1992
PF Cert #259808 & 2009 PF Cert #475364). Cat $28,000.
