Decent collection housed in three large 3-ring binders filled
with thousands of mint stamps, all in black mounts on quadrille
album pages, with Scott # and some annotations. Solid modern
mint collection, some earlier issues lightly hinged, majority
MINT never hinged. All countries fairly complete for years
present, with stamps, full sets, booklets & booklet panes,
souvenir sheets and a few collateral items. Highlights include:
DENMARK (years 1941-87) many full booklets, few Parcel
Posts; FINLAND (years 1941-87) includes Scott #341a,
Semi-postals complete B49-234, C9a NH, Q14-17; ICELAND
(years 1956-86) includes Scott #289-96, 319-23, 379 all
mint NH; NORWAY (years 1942-86) includes Scott #310-17
NH, 370-74 NH and many modern full booklets. SWEDEN
(years 1941-87) with #328 NH, many full booklets, souvenir
sheets, coil versions of commemoratives and a few maximum
cards. In addition, several pages of stamps from ALAND and
GREENLAND (1970s-80s) with full pane 1986 Greenland
Christmas Seals; also several philatelic expo admittance tickets.
Overall valuable & comprehensive collection. Very fine.

A few hundred Mint & Used sets & singles on 102-style sales
cards. All neatly identified by Scott # and cat value. Includes
(as identified by owner): Used #8, 10, 25, 28, 46, 47, 50 (thin),
54 (x2), 89, etc; Mint #50, 55a, etc. Moderate to heavy
duplication. Scattered faults, overall fine to very fine. Owner’s
cat value over $9800, but includes a number of mis-identified
stamps - actual CV probably more like $7200.

Group of 68 mint & used stamps on two stock pages. Highlights
include USED: Scott #10, 12, 100; MINT C2, C12, C14. Nice
selection, a few faults to be expected in earlies, overall fine to

Collection in three albums. Starts with Seated Helvetias, 2 used
imperfs and 20 mint & used perforated, useful run of mint &
used from there including many mint sets, some used blocks,
a number of covers and cards, S/S and more. One Schaubek
and two Lighthouse hingeless albums. Clean, attractive
collection, a few scattered faults, generally fine to very fine.

1960-87 MODERN MINT COLLECTION ..................... $200-300

Hundreds of MINT never hinged issues in black mounts on
quadrille pages, labeled with Scott numbers. Appears mostly
complete for years 1966-86 plus some 1960-61 & 1987 issues,
a few Airmails, also noted plenty of souvenir sheets and a couple
booklets. Overall fresh & very fine collection, a good chance
to catch up on modern commemoratives.

1850-1944 MINT & USED COLLECTION ............... $2000-3000

Mint & used on quadrille pages in a springback binder. Starts
with 1850 Orts-Post without frame, Scott #3, four margins,
manuscript cancel; 1850 Poste-Locale with frame, #2, four
margins, ‘P.P.’ cancel; then blue paper 5rp Rayons (x2), yellow
paper 10rp (x4), blue & red 5rp (x3), 15rp (x4 including a
pair), then 10 imperf Helvetias, followed by nice selection of
perforate Helvetias, Numerals, Standing Helvetias, and so forth.
Nice selection of Semi-Postals including mint B3 Lucerne Girl
followed by many used and mint sets; mint & used Airmails,
used Postage Dues and more including an unused Gratis stamp.
Clean and attractive material, some faults, generally fine to
very fine. Owner’s 2009 cat value $11,633. Cat $11,633.

A few thousand sets & singles on 102-style sales cards in five
file boxes. Starts with Seated Helvetias through modern, plus
Semi-Postals, Airmails, Postage Dues & Officials. Generally
low to medium values, occasionally into the $100s, moderate
to heavy duplication. Noticed many nice cancels, useful perf
varieties. Lots of potential here, useful for specialist or dealer.
Some faults, overall fine to very fine. Owner’s cat value of
$16,904 should be discounted to allow for some mis-ids.
