(cap over both ‘2s’) no gum; various 1902-03 Bureaus;
Washington-Franklin imperfs & perfed (mint & used), 50¢
Franklin (15 Used stamps); F1 mint block (thins/regum),
Shanghai overprints 2¢ block & 20¢ , couple RWs & other
back of book. Expect some faults, but much good material
