Frame inventory management is incredibly
important to your overall business success. If product isn’t
moving, it is costing you money. Frame vendors are changing
return policies, so returning or exchanging product is not as easy
as it used to be and what most people don’t realize is it is
costing you way more to return or exchange frames than you
realize. You are much better off trying to clear product out at
a big discount rather than returning it.
