Thousands of eyecare professionals
gathered at the Javits Center in New
York City March 31 to April 2 for
International Vision Expo East.
More than 5,000 brands were on display
at this year’s highly successful confer-
ence, which also featured over 300
hours of continuing education sessions,
pop-up fashion shows and celebrity-
hosted trend presentations.

ECPs were able to explore an exhibit
space that was roughly the size of five
football fields and included booths dis-
playing the latest in eyewear,
accessories and medical equipment.

Among the highlights of this year’s
conference were sessions focused on
utilizing Google’s digital products to
grow eyecare businesses.
This year’s educational programming
also included sessions covering the lat-
est in industry technology ranging from
clinical diagnosis and research
to blue light and retail technology.
