Instead of spending days trying to work out the next thing you want to say , the outline is already there , and all you have to do is fill in the blanks .
EDIT , EDIT , EDIT If content is king , editing is your queen .
The name of the game in all website content , blogs or otherwise , is brevity . Be ruthless when you ’ re editing your blog and slice away anything you can to ensure the blog is scannable as possible .
Editing is also an opportunity to make sure your user experience is top-notch . If you have a long section or sentence that needs whittling down , try reorganizing it into a bulleted list or breaking it up into smaller sections .
