Fashion enthusiasts can expect to see plenty of colours that reflect “ hope and optimism ” on runways in early 2021 as the world continues to grapple with the fallout and uncertainty of the COV- ID-19 pandemic .

That ’ s according to the Pantone Colour Institute ’ s latest fashion colour trend report for London Fashion Week , which is set to take place in February .
“ A range of floral hues reflective of gardens in springtime awakens our spirit , reinvigorating our interest in colour that inspires feelings of much-needed optimism . Colours that are flexible and can work year-round , colours that amalgamate our desire for comfort and relaxation with energy and determination ,” says Leatrice Eiseman , executive director of the Pantone Colour Institute .
Pantone , the global authority on colour and provider of professional colour standards for the design industries , publishes a spring / summer colour trend report for the fashion industry each year .
