CHURCH DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR Loja / Chongón, Ecuador
The church development facilitator will be part of the church development team to help OMS partner churches identify needs and develop effective models and / or ministries to share their faith through word and deed. Church development may include formal and non-formal theological education, practical training, ministry partnerships, and much more that is needed for the growth and development of the local church. However, the aim of this team is to assist the local church to impact the community and beyond with the message of the Gospel and through deeds of compassion. The goal is church development for community impact.
CHURCH MULTIPLICATION FACILITATOR Loja / Chongón, Ecuador
The CMF will come alongside national leadership to help oversee the church planting work in Ecuador. The CMF will work with our partners to cast vision, encourage, cover in prayer, train, coach, and provide accountability. The CMF role is an itinerant position that requires the person to travel to the assigned country 2-3 times per year and maintain communication through regular email, Zoom, or phone calls.
BUSINESS MINISTRIES SPECIALIST Loja / Chongón, Ecuador
The goal of the business ministries specialist is to help run a profitable and sustainable kingdom business with the purpose of impacting people and nations economically and spiritually. These businesses are key to reaching some of the world’ s least evangelized people but can be used more broadly to support or underwrite national ministries. The business ministries team will support the efforts of the One Mission Society ministry framework of multiplying disciples, churches, leaders, and missionaries.
